此動畫,用以說明入射的週期波與經自由端反射的反射波合成的駐波情形. 可試著調整不同的頻率(波長)找到滿足兩端都是自由端(腹點)時駐波基頻,第一泛音,第二泛音…等駐波模式的情形. 也可用以說明一端固定,一端自由的駐波的駐波模式. P.S.此螢幕上波動的振動頻率乃模擬值.(波速固定為800m/s;繩長4m) 藍色(實線)波為入射波,虛線為假想不經反射時入射波的行進。 綠色波為經端點反射的反射波。 紅色波為入射波與反射波相遇時的合成波。

第一節點是1/4波長
當弦波形成駐波時,若端點為固定端時,則端點為節點,若端點為自由端時,則端點為腹點.

左端為自由端,右端為固定端形成的前幾個駐波模式.紅色點為節點.振幅最大處為腹點.
從N=4的駐波模式中,圖中標示的長度為波長,您有沒有發現,兩節點間的距離是0.5個波長,那麼讓您想看看,離左端自由端最近的節點距離是多少個波長呢?
