趣味科學:穿過去的筆筒

邱義雄老師手邊的透明筆筒，裡面有一塊黑色的隔板，但是邱義雄老師把筆放進去後竟然"穿透隔板"，沒辦法發揮筆筒的功能！請問這是為什麼？
